Imua Physical Therapy encourages employees to fulfill their civic responsibilities by serving jury duty when required. Employees will not be paid for time off they serve for jury duty.
Employees must show the jury duty summons to their supervisor within forty-eight (48) hours so that the supervisor may make arrangements to accommodate their absence. Employees are expected to report for work whenever the court schedule permits.
Generally, a request to be excused from jury duty may be appropriate if the time off creates a hardship for you and your family or creates operational hardships for Imua Physical Therapy.
