Overtime

Overtime compensation is paid to all nonexempt employees in accordance with federal and state wage and hour restrictions. If you are a non-exempt employee, you will be eligible to receive overtime pay of one and one-half (1 1/2) times your regularly hourly wage for hours actually worked over forty (40) hours in one (1) week. If, during that week, you did not work for any reason, e.g., a job-related injury, PTO, TDI pay, Holiday those hours not worked will not be counted as hours worked for the purpose of computing eligibility for overtime pay.

All overtime must be approved in writing in advance by either your supervisor or manager. Failure to obtain advance approval may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment with Imua Physical Therapy
