Resignation

Imua Physical Therapy operates under the principle of at-will employment. This means that neither you nor has entered into a contract regarding the duration of your employment. You are free to terminate your employment with Imua Physical Therapy at any time, with or without notice. Likewise, Imua Physical Therapy has the right to terminate your employment, or otherwise discipline, transfer or demote you at any time, with or without cause, at the discretion of Imua Physical Therapy.

Imua Physical Therapy hopes that expects from professional staff (therapists and managers) will give at least 30 days notice in the event of resignation, and that office staff will give at least 2 weeks notice. Any accrued but unused vacation time will be paid out at the time of employment termination to employees determined to be in good standing.

In the event of an employee separation, either voluntary or otherwise, Imua Physical Therapy management may conduct an exit interview to discuss your reasons for leaving and any other impressions that you may have about Imua Physical Therapy. During the exit interview, you can provide valuable feedback relating to your work experience. The information gathered during the exit interview will be shared with your manager and his or her supervisor after your departure from the company.
