318 Temporary Disability Insurance

Imua Physical Therapy provides Temporary Disabilities Insurance plan to eligible employees who are unable to work because of a qualifying disability due to a non-work related injury or illness. All employees who have at least 14 weeks in Hawaii may be eligible for Temporary Disability Insurance

Disabilities arising from pregnancy or pregnancy-related illness are treated the same as any other illness that prevents an employee from working. Disabilities covered by workers’ compensation are excluded from TDI coverage.
