Imua Physical Therapy encourages employees to fulfill their civic responsibilities by participating in elections. Since the polls are open for long periods, you may take two hours of paid time to vote however, you are encouraged to vote before or after regular working hours and if you need time to vote you will need to coordinate your schedule with managment.
