A comprehensive injury rehabilitation program designed to help your valuable employees return to work expeditiously and with improved conditioning, safe work practices, and self-management strategies following injury.
Specialized treatment to focus on improving general physical and work performance to include physical conditioning, material handling (dynamic strength), position tolerance, and mobility components. Duration 2 hours a day, 2-3 days a week.
Individualized and structured return to work program targeting specific job goals. Includes safe work practices, body mechanics, joint protection methods, appropriate worker traits/characteristics, self-management injury education, physical and work conditioning components with emphasis on work simulation tasks. Duration 3-4 hours, 2-3 days a week.
A systematic evaluation process designed to document a person’s current safe work ability from a physical standpoint, and motivational perspective. May be General or Job-Specific with duration up to 2-5 hours
