Employees may not take an outside job, either for pay or as a donation of his or her personal time, with a customer or competitor of Imua Physical Therapy; nor may they do work on their own if it competes in any way with the sales or products or services we provide our customers. If your financial situation requires you to hold a second job, part-time or full-time, or if you intend to engage in a business enterprise of your own, Imua Physical Therapy would like to know about it. Before accepting any outside employment or entering into a business venture of any kind, you are encouraged to discuss the matter with management.
